Ashtanga Yoga – 4 week Foundations Course

A Traditional Style of Yoga taught by Pattabhi Jois,  taught as a set sequence of Asanas (postures) synchronising the movement of the body with the breath.

The Asanas are designed in a specific order to open, align and detoxify the body and nervous system. Developing greater physical strength, flexibility and mental clarity. Expect to get hot and sweaty.

Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini Yoga, as taught by Yogi Bhajan, is a transformational practice. Using  breath, mantra, postures, mudra, meditation and deep relaxation to enable you to look good and feel great. It is help purify, stimulate, and strengthen all the systems of the body, particularly the digestive, nervous, and glandular systems.

It is to elevate your soul and awaken your highest potential. The benefits of Kundalini Yoga are direct and quick, which makes it a perfect practice for the pace of a modern household. You do not need to be in perfect physical condition or share any particular belief system.
