Beginners Yoga
If you are considering taking up yoga, whether for stress reduction, to increase your flexibility or to improve your strength, the Beginners Course is a great place to start.
This course runs over 6 weeks and is designed to teach you the fundamentals of Hatha yoga (general). No experience necessary.
This Class starts with the foundations of yoga, teaching you the correct positioning for poses (Asana), breathing techniques (Pranayama), relaxation techniques including yoga nidra and an introduction to meditation.
Great for those new to yoga who want to learn the basics and also those looking to rediscover the fundamentals.
