Looking for triathlon training? Our Funky Dragons triathlon timetable caters for all levels – the performance focused, age group qualifiers, the beginner getting started and the more driven triathlete pursuing races like the half Ironman 70.3 and Ironman distance challenges.
Training sessions for swim bike run are triathlon specific and are scheduled weekly in the St George (Oatley) & surrounding areas. They are tailored to suit those who have selected one of the customised training program options.
Along with various tales and the odd bad joke, sessions incorporate triathlon specific endurance, strength, speed and skills needed for racing including many guides around nutrition, pacing and focus management.
Various bike and run sessions start from Gracefully Fit & Healthy 111 Mulga Road Oatley. Suitable sessions are determined by your goals, ability and program option which will be discussed when you meet the coach.
Other services include Customised Training Programs, Triathlon Bike Fitting, Video Technique Analysis & Fitness Threshold Testing.
