When you come to see us, you will have an Initial consultation which is a ‘discovery’ time. You will complete and bring back to this first appointment a Food Diary, a Questionnaire and other items depending on your intention. From here, we will have a brief appointment 1 week later where you will be given reports on your health based on the Initial appointment and a plan of action will be agreed on.

Initial Wellness Consultation – 60 minutes - $150 (includes a 10 minute follow up in person or on phone to discuss plan of action)
Created for those that are generally healthy but have a particular area of their health they wished addressed.

Comprehensive Consultation – 90 minutes – $210 (includes a 10 minute follow up in person or on phone to discuss plan of action)
Created for those who have a more serious health concern like infertility or chronic health issues.
• Naturopathic consultation
• Vitality Longevity & Healthy Aging (bio-impedence testing)
• Hemaview live blood screening
• Zinc Taste Test
• Subjective Health Questionnaires
• Urine testing for gut health and ph balance
• ABO instant blood typing (if appropriate)
Follow Up Consultations – (15 min) - $40 or (30 min) – $70
All follow up appointments are 15 or 30 minutes, unless further time is booked and required.
Testing varies depending on individual needs and requirements.
