Gracefully Fit & Healthy is an exciting triathlon, yoga, health and retail centre that provides specialist equipment, services and support for those who want to take control of their own health, fitness and performance goals.

Services include nutrition & health consultations; triathlon training, coaching, bike fitting, video analysis; preconception & pregnancy care.

In store you will discover a range of triathlon and yoga apparel, sports nutrition and supplements and equipment for swim bike run and yoga. The store is owned and operated by staff experienced in all things triathlon, yoga & health ensuring you get the right kind of service.

Based in the St George Area of Oatley Sydney, the studio, consulting room and shop are all on the one site. There is plenty of free parking available and many local cafe’s within easy strolling distance.
